volume of the 2.5" piping and larger intercoolers would create more lag. Not only did I show why there would be no detriment in spoolup, but the dyno results showed that the reduced restriction in airflow actually helped power production across the board. Unfortunately, the skeptics aren't the ones who will openly say, "Wow, guess I was wrong." I think I get more satisfaction from just watching them sit on their hands though... =) (note, none of them had a word to say in my most recent AshsZII post, and they'll have nothing to say when I post dyno results later this week) These intercoolers, even on a stage3 vehicle, will produce notable gains by the seat of pants. The improved airflow and improved cooling capacity will benefit spoolup as well as power and torque production.
